"Create Value"

From the Desk of Keith

I’ve never fit neatly into one box. To the marketers, I’m the “technical guy.” To the developers, I’m the “creative guy.” To the creatives, I’m the “systems guy.”

For a long time, I thought this was a bug. I tried to niche down. I tried to be just one thing. Then I realized that every domain I’ve worked in — marketing, design, copywriting, software, content creation, SEO, business process — they all share the same pattern underneath. Every one of them has bottlenecks, and most of those bottlenecks can be solved with self-driven, intelligent systems.

So that’s what I build.

I’m an Operational Architect. I help owner-operators stop being trapped in their own businesses by turning the knowledge stuck in their heads into systems that run without them. I’ve been that person — pastoring, running projects, carrying everything in my head with no infrastructure to hold it. I build what I wish I’d had.

My work is powered by AI agents and automation, but the conviction behind it is simpler than the technology: I believe creating real value for people is the point. Not the business model. The actual point. That belief comes from my faith, and it shapes everything I build.

The Wayfinder is where I write about what I’m building, what I’m learning, and what I believe. Systems, marketing, faith, and the patterns that connect them. Always short. Never fluff.

What I’m doing now

  • Building self-driven, intelligent systems for owner-operators.
  • Building R7 Creative — Results as a Service.
  • Writing The Wayfinder.

If you’re an owner-operator who feels trapped in your own business, let’s talk.
